Had a MRI and it noted: FINDINGS: Liver: Lobular contour of the liver, correlate for chronic hepatic parenchymal

What does this mean? I can be a heavy drinker at times, no symptoms otherwise and my last bloodwork enzymes were “slightly” elevated

35M and otherwise pretty healthy
