I have no clue what I’m supposed to do with my hair! the top is frizzy and wavy occasionally and the underside is occasional small coils and curls. How much should i cut off? Any product recommendations? any help is needed!

no products in any picture except the last: Rizos curl creme and lotta body mousse and not your mothers gel
Hair is air dried
no silk pillow cases or anything (reading off the routine label)
