[Xbox controller] Accidentally removed the solder pads while taking off the old part

I was removing the old stick and the solder pads went off attached to the pins I decided to stuff some copper around and not sure if this would work well, Is it still fixable??
(Ps: some pins are too stubborn to be removed no amount of solder pump and wick to remove I have to clip them off)
