Are these bright pads any cause for concern after a coolant leakage? Trying to understand whether there may be any damage to the cpu due to potential overheating, no cooler available to test. No water residue on the motherboard, or cpu after dissassembly. Cpu is a Ryzen 9 7950X3D.
This just happened to my GA II LCD SL-INF 360 AIO Water Cooler, the fitting has popped out of the pump block and dribbled water over my gpu. No photos as I took the gpu and cpu cooler off straight away to avoid more damage happening, absolutely gutted as this thing isn't even 2 years old. I had high hopes for this thing, and it has failed spectacularly. Components possibly damaged are a Ryzen 9 7950x3d, and a rx 9060 xt. Unfortunately, I don't have any replacement coolers to test whether these components still work. Error codes shown on the motherboard as the event occurred include 15, 14, 0d, and 00. Fingers crossed 🤞

Any build advice or tips for an amateur PC Builder? Apart from the fact Ive built into the AM5 architecture, and have installed intel XMP compatible only ram 🫠 GGs I guess with the ram prices..

CPU AIO - GALAHAD II LCD 360mm RAD SL - INF (Fans swapped with Reverse Blade Lian-Li UNI FAN SL120 V2 Digital Addressable RGB, Configured in a push pull config drawing air into the case.)
Reverse blade fans on the bottom drawing air into the case, rear fan blowing out.
SSD - SAMSUNG 990 EVO PLUS 2TB M.2 NVME x 2
GPU 1 - SAPPHIRE NITRO+ AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB
GPU 2 - GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9060 XT GAMING OC 16GB (8bitdo Bluetooth transmitter and graphite rubber gpu sag brackets not included)
PSU - ROG THOR 1600 WATT TITANIUM
