If Gender is a Spectrum

If gender is a spectrum then I’m probably like 20% trans or something. Or, like, 20% woman. Idk. But like, if given the choice to magically become a girl I might take. I don’t actually mind being a guy though, it’s not like I hate my appearance or voice or anything. I also just don’t feel attached to any pronouns or anything like that. I might be confused but I wouldn’t be angry if someone addressed me with they/them or she/her pronouns tbh. It’s kinda weird, the idea of being a woman is appealing to an extent but I have no actual desire to transition or change my pronouns or anything. Tbh I just be chillin’ for real.

With the new update to compcon I noticed a new ability pop up for the lich that, as far as I'm aware, wasn't there previously. But I don't understand it. Why do they do the exact same thing? Why is one a full action while the other is only a quick action? Why does wandering nightmare specify that it's only burst 2 and lasts a certain amount of time while distorted timeflow is size 5 and doesn't specify a time limit or anything? Am I stupid? Probably but some help would be appreciated.
