hey, first timer here hoping to find so guidance as I lack any knowledge about this stuff.

I have 4 speakers coming out of the roof of my living room and would like to use them. The thing is, when I went up to see how I could connect them I ran into 4 separate stripped wires and no plug.

Now my questions are, what would I have to do for this to be usable? I'm assuming this would have to be done by a professional, how much would be reasonable to pay for the fix? Also, If you don't mind, please DO go into the details of the fixing process as I'm really curious about how things work.
