Location: Midland, Texas I have a friend who is on house arrest due to being catfished by a minor on the app discord. He didn't know her age because she told him she was 18. He wants to get into making content on YouTube with me but he doesn't know if he is allowed to make YouTube videos or not. Does anyone know what he is allowed to do? His papers do not state anything about not being allowed online only not having contact with anyone under the age of 18. Not to mention this is his first time being in legal trouble or ever having a felony.
