Has anyone here done their biometrics in May? Have you got any updates or approval yet?

I filed my 1040-NR by mailing it on April 15th via UPS. In the middle of this week, I found the envelope in my mailbox. There is no written explanation of why they sent it back. What should I do?

Do they only take photo or fingerprints also?

Any idea would be helpful.
