I’ve been on T for about a year and a half and have had my best friend do my shots for me 90% of the time due to anxiety. I’m really trying to be more independent and get back to doing my shots myself but the mental block is just so debilitating. If you guys can share any advice or methods that work for you that would really be appreciated!
