Handcrafted Chinese Style Jadeite Pendant - Lucky Bean with Cloud Pattern Design

Handcrafted Chinese Style Jadeite Pendant - Lucky Bean with Cloud Pattern Design

I made this traditional Chinese‑style jadeite pendant recently.

The main stone is high‑transparency jadeite carved into a lucky bean shape, symbolizing peace and good fortune.

I designed hollow cloud and leaf patterns around it, with small jadeite dots as embellishments, showing classic oriental aesthetics.

Love the soft glow and vintage vibe it brings.

Hope you guys like this piece of handmade jewelry.

Finding Reliable Low‑MOQ Women’s Apparel Suppliers in China?

Running a Shopify women’s clothing store, many of us face the same pain point:

It’s really hard to find trustworthy Chinese manufacturers with low‑MOQ, custom options and stable quality.

I’ve spent years researching small‑batch Chinese apparel makers, focusing on:

- Low minimum order quantities for new stores

- Custom fabric, label and packaging support

- Strict quality control and on‑time order fulfillment

- Long‑term stable cooperation for restocking

I’m curious: How do other Shopify clothing sellers source your Chinese suppliers?

Would love to exchange real‑world sourcing tips with fellow store owners here.

From Rough Stone to Artwork: My Full Gemstone‑Carving Process & Material Insights

Hi everyone! Today I’d like to share my hand‑drawn designs and finished stone‑carving works.

I’d also like to talk about common challenges in stone carving. I mainly work with four popular carving stones: crystal, agate, malachite and lapis lazuli, which many of you may have seen before.

Each stone has unique features and processing difficulties:

1. Crystal: It has a transparent structure, yet often contains natural internal cracks that may cause breakage mid‑carving. Coarse, dry crystal grains make it fragile, bringing high processing risks.

2. Agate: Hard but brittle. Tiny fragments splash easily during cutting and polishing, so goggles and masks are required for safety. I mainly use high‑quality agate with stable texture that rarely chips.

3. Malachite: Soft with layered textures. Uneven temperature or pressure during rough‑shaping will cause layered cracking and crumbling.

4. Lapis lazuli: It has natural mineral inclusions and uneven texture, which easily leads to edge chipping in the rough‑shaping stage.

Internal cracks, dry fragile materials, and chipping caused by high‑temperature machine processing are all normal in stone carving.

A complete carving requires a strict full workflow: rough stone selection & cutting, structural conception, layout planning, hand‑drawn design, rough shaping, fine finishing and final polishing. Every step matters.

Design concepts, overall layout and aesthetic planning are critical, as they directly define the final beauty of each piece.

If you love stone carving art too, feel free to connect and exchange ideas with me.

Below are my finished works. I will share the full step‑by‑step carving process from rough stone to finished piece next time.
