Arrest but no record? US entry
Scheduled to head to the US for work training next month. Have an arrest from 13 years ago. Possession with intent to distribute. Not w33d. Charges dropped. No conviction. No record. Planning on flying. What are the chances I’ll be denied entry at pre-clearance? Anyone been through this scenario recently?
