Honestly created this as a second late in the game just to mess around and kind of go somewhere outside the box with it. Been playing for awhile and this is my third league so I thought I'd mess around a bit and see what works and what doesn't. Wanted to focus on mainly Chaos damage and going deeper into what's possible without a lich build. I'm all for suggestions on things that would work better with what and how you've seen increases through your builds. I will note that I am NOT looking to max this build out and this is entirely for fun just while I wait for the next league and to learn. I understand COC is best but I'm using Cast on Minion Death, sue me lol I'm not changing it nor am I gonna invest into going full Crit and maxing damage. Biggest question I have mainly is ignite and how to get this quick enough with blackflame so that I can have consistent remnants.
