Support have closed 2 of my tickets now thinking I’m talking about something that I’m not

I made a ticket about not being able to see the rompers I bought in my character’s wardrobe, but that I can still see and equip them in the clothes store, originally I thought it was getting somewhere.

One of the messages I got from them recommended that I go on a 2nd character and see if the issue happened there too, and then after some time switch back to my main and see if the issue continued.

So I make a new 2nd character, buy the rompers, see there’s no issue with it, wait a while and then switch back, and see that it’s still an issue with my main character. I relay that information, but also ask if I could also get a refund for it as I don’t plan on ever using that 2nd character again.

Then some new support guy comes along, misreads what I said, thinks that I’m buying stuff on a character and expecting to see those bought items on my other character, tells me that you can’t share clothes between characters, reluctantly gives me a refund, and then closes the ticket.

I then make a new ticket explaining that my issue has nothing whatsoever to do with a 2nd character and that I only bought the rompers on a 2nd character because I was recommended to by someone from Rockstar support, and then they just copy paste basically the same response as my original ticket about not being able to share clothes between characters and then automatically closes the ticket.

Are these people bots or something? Or are they just incapable of reading?
