Apologies in advance for chaotic (pun intended) spelling.

I tried building my first rewind deck on recode. I obviously don't have enough locations. I used what ones I had so far on Rewind. And I didn't base it off ban list, just seeing how i can build a deck and learn from there. How does everyone go about building theirs?

I put the 7 battle gear I have as well. I put viledriver on maxxor, ring of narin on zalic, phobia mask on tartareque, riverland star on Maglax, dragon pulse on tangeth, and spectral viewer on hifdan.

I know in the show he was ultra rare. Is he common in this... Or did I get super lucky?

I presented the idea to my players that they gain 2 levels for a mountain of Debt for our new campaign we plan on starting. but now I run into the problem of how can I balance monetary rewards? cause if all rewards are gold they could easily pay it off since they rarely will need to use money for anything. or should I just make everything cost money like travel, make them track food and water, etc.

Help me balance this please
