Im trying to close my account in order to make a new one with an up to date user (changed online name), however it says i have i limitation so i cant close it.

Ive gone to the help center, ive gone to the restore dashboard, ive gone to the resolution center, unlinked card & bank, ive called paypal and did the texted link thing the stupid ai thing wanted me to do... TWICE... nothing shows any issues. In fact, it always says im all set or something of the same effect. I changed my password even. Theres no problems i can see and im getting really frustrated.

Any ideas?

Hello! Hopefully this is the right subreddit to ask...

Im really new to emulators, but after following a tutorial i was given by another person who uses Ryujinx canary, I've noticed its not saving my graphics backend? Had 2 people (both use this emulator too) try helping me, but neither had any ideas after a bit...

Google suggested running the emulator as an administrator, but apparently its not able to do that. Also suggested making a "portable" folder in the Ryujinx folder, which doesnt work if i did it right.

I also dont have a "preferred GPU" option, which may be part of the issue, but it DOES recognize i have a gpu when playing tomodachi (which i need to make another post about after getting some sleep-). Cant use Vulkan as that'll crash the emulator. Picture is current graphic settings, idk if it'll help any, but just in case.
