I got her from a reptile expo as a baby and forgot her species name 😭 i have horrible memory.

Ok so I always watch this person's dog, and I don't mind ever changing my plans or my original prices for this customer, but I really want to tell them that I don't want to change my rate again for them because they are booking for 9 days and it's booked under my holiday rates because of the days. I dont charge as much as a lot of people in my area and the total was $396. Their dog also always ends up tearing something and i never make it a big deal but I really would like to keep my rate as is. Is there a way to tell them no but not make them not wanna book anymore?
