Consigli ? Flipping immobiliare
🇬🇧 Hi everyone, I’d like to learn more about and study real estate flipping.
The basic idea is to buy properties through auctions and then resell them, either before or after renovation.
I’m talking about small properties such as studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and garages.
What would you recommend for getting started, learning properly, and making as few mistakes as possible?
My budget will depend on how much liquidity I have left after renovating my first home, which I’ll be living in.
What advice — or warnings about what to avoid — would you give?

L'idea di base è acquistare tramite aste e poi rivendere, prima o dopo la ristrutturazione.
Parlo di piccoli immobili come monolocali, bilocali e box auto.
Cosa consigliate per iniziare a formarmi e commettere meno errori possibili?
Il budget dipende da quanta liquidità mi rimarrà dopo una ristrutturazione per la mia prima casa in cui andrò a vivere.
