I really want to give my werewolf this beautiful neck mane (originally by Berni, overhauled by plasma-tree):

However, it doesn't allow me to add it to my werewolf since it appears in the hair category, which is unavailable for the werewolf form. I've seen other people use it just fine. Is there something I'm missing? Has anyone else had this issue??
