I dont know how old she is, but she molted for the first time and wont eat and I'm really worried (first time mantis owner)

I get my first mantis on Sunday, and I'm wondering if I should wait 3-4 days before handling the mantis to let her settle down first.

I'm going to get my very first mantis this weekend and I'm pretty nervous about it. I'm aiming to get either : Giant Asian Mantis, Giant African, or a Ghost mantis as I hear they're alright for beginners. I've done a lot of research, but it'd be very helpful to know anything to look out for.

Also, ive seen people talking about "i1" and "i2" , what does that mean? (it was an i or an L I forgot)
