am born to divorced mother and widowed father. my mother had no children before me and my biological father has 2 children from actual marriage
heres the catch, no one except my parents know Im born to my biological father
I was conceived when my mothers first husband ( lets call him societal father ) was near divorce ( process was ongoing ) so everyone assumed I was born to him and papers still show that
now biological father made a registered will for earned property in name of my mother which should eventually come to me
I am worried his 2 biological children will challenge it or withhold death certificate or do other things to bar me and they are legally class - 1 heirs,
if this happens me and my mother will be thrown out on the streets.
biological father trusts his legal children though mostly because of parent rose tinted glasses they are very greedy actually already they have 6cr+ property but argue with him everyday for more money
father prefers to pass this 2Cr property through will as he does not wish to pay 7-8 Lakh taxes
( tbh he does not have 7-8 lakhs in liquid money right now he is squeezed pretty tight ) but I am worried about will being challenged or not happening properly as me and my mother are not related to him on paper at all
should I force him or heavily convince him, my mother could save up this amount by living frugally for 1yr so should we do this and then offer to pay taxes ourselves avoiding this will if there is risk?
registered will was made 20-25 years back with witnesses ( though they are either passed away or not in touch anymore ) .
without this property my mother and I will , quite literally, die on the streets
pls advise and if this is genuinely safe then it is fine

ONE THING FORGOT TO MENTION he bought this 2Cr house from my mother only 20 + years back and immediately made registered will so can we do sale deed cancellation since it has been 20+ years? if he and my mother agree so it naturally reverts to my mother ? can his class - 1 heirs challenge the reversion ? can the reversion be done for no questions asked as we have been living in the property since 20 years ? she gave it to him on paper due to some ... circumstances which are not there anymore but neither him nor my mother ever had the 7-8 Lakhs in hand all this time so it was never transferred back
is sale deed cancellation possible now with mutual if it has been 20 years ?
