I’m looking for an experienced advisor (ideally with workers’ comp, employment, or litigation background) to help me prepare strategy, organize evidence, and maximize leverage going into mediation.
This is not a basic claim—I have documented safety concerns, internal communications, and ongoing medical complications that were not fully developed by prior counsel.
I’m not looking for representation through a firm—I’m specifically looking for someone who can advise, help structure my approach, and prepare me for negotiation.
Compensation will be discussed based on level of involvement (hourly or flat fee).
