FIOS at new home has fiber inside the house

Can I have Verizon switch this back to copper? I do a bunch of homelab stuff and would rather it just be copper into my switch.

I have FIOS currently but its just an ONT outside and copper inside. At the new place, there are two boxes outside labeled with a Verizon logo. One of them appears to just contain telephone wire, the other is just a fiber spliced that then goes into the home. Do I have to get a media converter for it or something?
