I have a question. I sometimes sell vintage watches from Mexico (even though I’m not Mexican), and when I ship with DHL International, for a small package, around 300g and 10x10x10 cm, the rate is charged as up to 1 kg, for example about $80 USD to the USA and $90 USD to Europe.

However, I often see, for example on eBay, listings offering worldwide shipping for around $25 USD. Since it would be very useful for me to offer cheaper shipping as well, how do these sellers manage to ship worldwide at such low prices? What service are they using, and what should I do to access similar rates?
