Entering your 40s and dealing with increasingly poor-quality sleep?
Is there anyone here who sleeps poorly and wakes up during the night?
I’m 45 (F), and since entering my 40s I’ve noticed my sleep quality getting worse, with frequent waking during the night, usually 2–3 times.
What helped you? (btw I’m not looking for medical advice, as I know that’s not allowed on this sub. I’m just interested in hearing similar experiences.)
I know the common answers will probably be exercise and magnesium, but that doesn’t help in my case. I’m physically active, I put my phone away at least an hour before bed, and I still sleep poorly and wake up during the night.
Does anyone have any life hacks?
