Welp, I finally got "unapproved annotator" status on Aether. Out of nowhere, just working on a task and then got booted out of the project. I feel relieved, honestly. The stress of getting tasking hours was a lot and now I can focus on finding a real job. I knew it wouldn't last long and I'm glad I was able to make a decent chunk of money over the 6 weeks I was able to work.

For the record my QA score was at 2.82. I didn't receive any notice until I sent an email to support. They responded saying that my past submissions did not meet the customer's requirements and the decision is final.

Good riddance, I say. That project was insane.

I just need to vent. I received a "below expectations" score on a task. But the QA comment is wrong. They say that I didn't include part of the website, but that part of the website doesn't even exist. If you go to the actual site, it's not there. It looks like it's missing from the screenshots because it's NOT PART OF THE WEBSITE. And the guidelines don't even say you need that part, they just want to parts that are interesting.

Ugh! I wish there was a way that I could fight this. I don't want to be unfairly booted. So I am going to avoid the derendering task because it's impossible to do when the QA won't even follow the guidelines.

The time limit when I started an hour ago was at 100,000. Then it went to 96,000 and now it’s at 90,000. Anyone else see this or know why it’s happening?

The limit has been getting exceeded earlier and earlier every day. It was a little consistent for a few days, reaching the limit around 3:30pm PST. Yesterday it ran out around noon PST. It seems like it’s going just as fast today. Is it because of the new timer that recently added people have? The one that can track time even after the limit has been reached?
