I'm on misdomeanor probation for possession of a controlled substance. My girlfriend was changing tags at Walmart and I got a citation because I was in the store with her and I wasn't even around her when she did it. I am paying an attorney next Friday. How fucked am I? Do you think the attorney can talk to my po and maybe keep me from going to jail. I just hope I don't have to report before I can pay the lawyer. I don't know who to talk to about it and it's killing me inside it's all I think about I am so sick from worrying.
