So I found this Galaxy Tab a3 2016 in a scrap yard and it looked pretty good no scratches no cracks so i took a home and I charged it for a bit and turnd it's on and immediately when it got into the Android starting text it died I fought "whatever it's probably a dead battery" and when it charged again it was boot looping flashed it now it is boot looping with "starting recovery" flashed again now boot loops and won't turn on it's stuck on the logo and sometimes I can go into the recovery mode sometimes I can't it's on 40% by the way also a big problem it's locked I know how to fix it but I can't to boot into the operating system help!
