Now, I'm trying to quit, I have been for the past few months, but I need motivation from another person in the form of a Dom to dictate when I masturbate and what porn I look at, which is my main issue obviously, which I realised just feeds the loop since I'm sexually into it.
How do I stop this? I use other accounts on Reddit, discord, Omegle-esque websites and I feel like it's just driving me deeper. Has anyone had this problem? and do they know how to make it stop?
