Hey all,

I have a model y juniper with the commander and S3XY buttons. I reached out to enhance auto a couple weeks ago and still have yet to hear back, which has been the common theme with them, for me atleast.

Is there anyway to warm the battery up to fast charging temps, while being plugged into my home charger? Precondition and defrost only get me to about 75f degrees. On occasion I hit the fast charger near work before a routine trip I do, and it takes an awful long time to charge because the battery is never up to temp.

I see in the app I can tell it to warm the battery, but when I try that plugged in I just get a clock symbol and then it will start warming once I unplug.
