Extremely disappointed with service for my IdeaPad Gaming 3

Extremely disappointed with service for my IdeaPad Gaming 3.

What started as a simple display replacement became weeks of hardware failures and delays.

• 1st replacement display had green tint

• 2nd display has very low brightness compared to original 250 nits 120Hz panel

• Motherboard failed after 2 days

• 2 faulty motherboards sent before receiving a working one

• Now cooling fan issue pending, no shipment update yet

After all this, the system was finally approved for replacement. I was told the DOA certificate would be issued within 7 business days after sealing the laptop.

The system was sealed on April 30.

Still no update regarding the DOA certificate or replacement process.

My work and studies are badly affected because of these repeated failures, delays, and poor quality control. This entire experience has been exhausting.

Requesting immediate action and proper resolution from Lenovo.
