Shoutout to Gamesir and the discord for their customer service. My left trigger on my g7 pro zzz edition went out. After going through the discord and chatting with gamesir Zayn and Robin from ticket claims they had a controller in my hands in less than 5 days. I put the ticket in friday morning and had my new replacement by the following thursday. I dont think ive experienced customer service this great in a while and I had to come and shout them out. I most definitely wont have a problem buying from them again.
