Hi everyone,

I have a brand new studio in Jumeirah Garden City and I’m planning to rent it out long-term.

Right now it’s semi-furnished — the kitchen has all appliances, but the rest is unfurnished.

Would it be better to:

• rent it out semi-furnished, or
• fully furnish it first?

Which option rents faster in JGC ?
Also, what rental price could I realistically expect in its current condition, and how much more could I get if I fully furnish it ?
And on average, how long does it usually take to rent out a studio in this area, and is anyone here possibly interested in renting it ?

Would appreciate advice from people familiar with the area.
