I am having an issue with the State Farm app, specifically opting my husband into digital pay on the homeowner claim we filed due to hail damage to our roof, siding & gutters. I was able to opt myself in to digital pay but am unable to enroll my husband because the email address we both used on the claim is the same. We didn’t know we couldn’t use the same email until after the fact. I changed the email address on his profile to a different address than I used, but it didn’t change the email address on the digital pay screen. I waited overnight in case the system needed to update, but that didn’t work either. Our agent has informed us she has no control over the actual claim so she is unable to assist & I have called at least a dozen different numbers trying to get assistance with this issue, but I am unable to get past the automated system to speak to an actual person. I did call the adjuster who has been assigned to our claim but he didn’t answer & doesn’t return my call after leaving him a voicemail. Does anyone have a number I can call to speak to an actual person or ideas on a next step?
