24M SDE @ AR looking for Roommate(s) - Malden / Wellington - Budget $1500 (flexible)

Body: Hi everyone,

I’m (24M) a recent Northeastern Grad moving into a full-time SDE role at AR this June. I'm looking for a roommate to hunt for a 2B2B with as my first preference and 2B1B as my second preference, or to join an existing lease in the Malden Center or Wellington area (Orange Line access is preferable for my commute into the city for recreation).

About me:

• Professional: I’ll be working a standard M-F schedule. I’m quiet during the week but enjoy exploring Boston or trying new recipes on the weekend.
• Cleanliness: I’m very big on keeping common spaces tidy (kitchen/living room). I’m looking for someone who also values a clean, organized home.
• Interests: Into tech/AI, fitness (I log my macros), and I’m a fan of high-protein meals.

What I’m looking for:

• Roommate: Preferably a clean, respectful male professional or grad student.
• Budget: Up to $1,500 for my portion.
• Must-haves: Laundry in-unit (or in-building) and within a 10-15 min walk to the T.
• Timeline: Looking for a Sept 1st start date.
