i consistently hit my protein goal and eat in a deficit while walking 10k steps a day and lifting 4 times a week now for the past 7 weeks since raking reta. i take 10 units of reta every week. i have been 139 lbs for 2 weeks straight now. is this normal? 😔 is this just a part of body recomp? i don’t mind it taking longer to lose weight, but i was hoping for 1lb a week but so far no progress and i feel like i’m growing impatient.

advice is appreciated, i would also like to know your reta journey so i can stay motivated. thanks!
