what’s the best gaming PC or laptop, something I can use for years

and no, I’m not building one, idk enough about computers to build it.

if so, how did they do it. I’m reading David M. Jacobs books. Him and others seem to say aliens have abilities to control people, invoke emotions, invoke visions, even co trol time to a point.

So how do people overcome being harassed and abducted?
