So my diagnosis came recently (30F) and some things started to make sense. For example, why I find hard to stick to a workout routine. I don't go to the gym because I feel overstimulated. I tried going to pilates classes but I struggle with knowing how a exercise should feel, I never know if I'm doing too much or too little. After years of depression I started going out for walks about 8 months ago and it has helped me a lot. Nowadays I feel that I want to do more BUT I have this one big issue... I HATE sweating. I can stand bodysweat (most of the time) but in my hair/scalp/forehead is a nightmare. Eventhough I shower after working out the time I have my head sweaty becomes so annoying that I don't want to workout. I get itchy, my hair gets flat (not greasy because I have thin and a bit dry hair) and I hate washing my hair so often because then a get a dry and itchy scalp (I wash it 3 times a week). I don't want to try swimming/aquagym since my skin gets too dry with chlorine and I hate the puddles in the changing room, the way I feel everything is damp and dirty and that I'll get fungus on my feet.

I feel stupid and like a crybaby but well... Maybe you have some tips if you struggle with something similar?
