You rent the independent room, which means you don't have to worry about your flatmates, you'll only be responsible for your share of the rent regardless of whether the other rooms are occupied or not. No worries about sharing leases, you'll be directly dealing with the owners.
Details: The rooms are super spacious, have an attached balcony and washroom, a gigantic common room and kitchen (also with attached balcony) and with all amenities like RO, lift, fridge, stove, BSES electricity meter, CCTVs for security, etc in place! Fully furnished, super airy and beautiful, park facing and walking distance from three metro lines, local markets, a cinema, national hospitals and more cafes and eateries than you can count!
Rent: 25k for the room + utilities extra as per usage
