2016 Toyota RAV4 (2AR-FE engine). For over 2 years my car randomly stalls, shakes, and shuts down with no warning. Here’s what I know:

•	Intermittent stalling/shaking/full shutdown

•	Strong fuel smell (persistent)

•	Scanner rarely throws codes — when it does, nothing

•	Finally got P1603 (Engine Stall History) and P1605 (Engine Rough Idling) — both appear to be consequence codes, not cause codes

•	Replaced fuel pump and charcoal canister — no fix

•	Passes state EVAP testing consistently

Suspects I haven’t ruled out yet: leaking injector O-rings, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor.

Has anyone dealt with this exact pattern on a 4th gen RAV4? What fixed it? Dealer couldn’t find anything. At my wit’s end.
