23 yo Bengali male.
Currently 5'11 (180cm), 80kg (175 lbs). I'd approximate 16-18% bf.
What I did: 5 day split. Push, Pull, Legs, Push, Pull. Walking 10000 steps a day. Cutting out all snacks and eating around 2200 calories a day. I eat around 1 lb of beef+chicken a day. I don't really take protein supplements, so I don't think I'm hitting the 1g/lb recommendation, but I train hard, get good rest, and I think my body is responding well.
I know I have a lot to improve, but I'm happy with the progress I've made. My goal is to get to 180 lbs and 12-14% bf within the next year.
