Does this look like AIB?
I’ve lived here for 2.5 years with this exposed, should I be worried about exposure given that it's been sitting there for a couple of years?
I am really worried about it.

Recently, I discovered a 8cm x 8cm hole in my living room wall that exposes the internal structure.
It’s a grey, brittle, and fibrous-looking board.
I suspect this is Asbestos Insulating Board (AIB) used as fireproofing in the past. I have lived here for around 3 years and only just noticed/investigated this.
I am extremely anxious: Does this look like asbestos to you?
