My cat had a ball of hair which I tried cutting.. I accidently cut into his skin a bit, it was yesterday. He seems fine but I dont know, there was no blood but it looks strange. Can I wait until monday, I cant attach a picture.

Hey, I started martial arts again, cause last time I got sick a lot. It happens again, normaly I do a gym day, a bjj day, rest, gym day, bjj day, rest. I feel like my body is so tired and therefore I get sick because of it. My nutrition is healthy, I sleep around 8h, I walk daily, I take magnesium + vitamin d3 + k2, creatine, citruline.

Maybe its happening, cause my gym day is still high intensity? Like I'd come home sometimes (especially after legday) and feel tired as hell.

I train u/L split.

What else could it be and any recommendations?

Hey, I'm in a bit off a strange situation. We are together vor 7 years. My girlfriend likes to party, I dont party at all anymore. We used to go together with this particular friend, but didn't. This friend is my girlfriends best friend. I wasn't so fine with my gf partying alone, cause I was jelous and insecure. I tried overcoming it and she went with friends to small clubs, etc. in a group.

Now this friend only goes partying to get men. Every time she gets into an relationship she slams her partner for wanting to club. I feel strange about this.

They dont go to the usual clubs where my gf goes, where I know she is safe. She goes to clubs which are usually filled with men just wanting to find a girl for the night, where brawls always start out of nowhere (I was in some of them and always had problems with guys not respecting boundries).

It feels kinda strange, its not even about the club. I feel unsafe if my gf goes with that friend, which only wants to make out with other men, since my gf will just be alone there. In a group? Totally different settings, but as a duo? idk men.

How do I adress this? I dont know if its my insecurity speaking or if its a valid point.
