Hi guys, anyone here play League?
My MacBook Pro m5 pro is having issues that my M2 pro did not have, despite it being the superior machine. I've played around with the settings: anti-aliasing on and wait for mouse on = very inconsistent 120 fps (maximum), with lots of insufferable screen jitters. Anti-aliasing on and wait for mouse off = 290 fps, with unplayable jittering. Everything is on highest settings, lowering it does nothing to fps or playability. Lowering resolution does nothing to playability. I have no idea what is going on, my m2 pro didn't have this issue.
I do run local ai models but I always make sure they're unloaded before I start gaming. I don't have an external monitor plugged in. It's always on charge and the battery setting is on high output. I've closed background apps but it has no effect on playability.
This is the M5 Pro, 20 core gpu, 48gb ram. Any have this issue, any suggestions?
