I've been listening to a lot of metal/nu-metal for the past 3 years and I've decided to learn my first instrument. I have literally no knowledge about how it works.

Any recommendations for institutions or even individuals that teach how to play the Electric Guitar? Preferably one where I can borrow one for a few weeks to see if I like it before committing to buying one.
