Hi all,

I’m in the process of buying a resale apartment in Dubai (Queue Point / Liwan area), and I’ve run into a situation I’m not entirely comfortable with. would really appreciate some advice from people who’ve been through this.

The unit I’m planning to buy is currently tenanted. The seller is saying that snagging isn’t really done for resale properties, and since the tenant is still living there, I can’t properly inspect (snag) the actual unit before proceeding.

- Is it normal in Dubai to skip snagging for resale properties?
