I’m putting together a small, automated indoor rack to grow microgreens (like radish, sunflower, and peas). Before I get too deep into growing my first few batches, I wanted to get a reality check on the local demand.
Are local cafes and restaurants actually buying these regularly? Or is there a decent market of individuals buying them for home use?
Would love to hear from any local chefs, fitness folks, or anyone who has tried buying or selling them locally. Thanks!
