I opened a claim with PayPal after canceling the project. The seller has offered a refund of $100 of the $250 I sent them. I don’t have any experience with claims through PayPal. I feel like I have a good case here, but I’m not sure how often the buyer is usually sided with when it comes to an item that was commissioned. I’m having trouble deciding whether to just accept the partial refund or reject it and try to get the full refund. Do any of you have experience in PayPal claims related to cosplay that could give some insight?
