EOA - Ejaculation On Arrival. What's the solution?
A few hours ago I (29M) just had sex with my new partner (22F). I have been researching a lot about how to control P.E and I felt like this is the moment to put all this knowledge to work. I tried hard to do deep slow breathing during foreplay and I thought I was now winning. However as soon as I entered, I immediately ejaculated. I didn't even "feel it coming" so that I can stop it , it just popped out. I feel so terrible, and this girl had really "prepared herself" for me so it was a big disappointment for her...
I am a long-time lurker of this sub and have read a lot, however I can't seem to find a solution for people that ejaculate in seconds. What should be done going forward, I wouldn't want to embarrass myself again in the next time.
