[TOMT] [video] A video fast paced video that came bundled with Windows 95

I have some some memories of a specific video, it was a futuristic video, with fast paced shots. I remember specifically a time lapse going super fast of a city at night (maybe it started at day and transitioned to night), all car lights moving fast, maybe trains too.

I distinctly remember seeing it around the time that W95 was released, but maybe this is a W95 Plus exclusive or something else related. I think it was a screensaver, I vaguely recollect that you could pick this video or some static images.

It's not Buddy Holly video from W95, completely different.

Any clues ?

[DOS][1990-1993] Weird side view inside a high building where you had to marry a girl

Ok, this one might be impossible, let's try.

It was a DOS game, I played it around 1993, I have no recollection of the genre but you were a guy, a small sprite, that moved between floors of a high building. The view was very similar to something like SimTower or Push-Over by Ocean.

There were no enemies at all, but there was some kind of sub plot where there was a nice girl you had to marry somehow. It wasnt a point and click adventure, nor a Larry game. I can't exactly remember the main genre, but it wasnt an adventure nor an arcade. I think there were many indicators in the bottom section of the screen, so it was probably some strategy or simulation game.

The most specific bit I know, is that if you pressed the letter J, the main character automatically transformed into a dinosaur (a t-rex ?), or some kind of green creature. It was probably some secret, or easter egg. I dont think it changed anything, it was just a gag.
