My parents are insisting that there are better jobs and etc in Baku vs where I live in EU. I don’t believe a single thing they say (in that sense) because they are just romanticising it just so that I return.

Especially, those of you who returned back to Azerbaijan, what would you suggest and how is the actual worklife in comparison to EU (central-west) realistically?

I don’t have any “connections” whom can land me a job there. What are my options realistically?

I have finance background and over 7 years of experience in corporate institutional banking services.
